Lenten Grief Circle
Monday, April 14, 5:30 pm, Chapel

Walking through the wilderness of lent can bring emotions that are sometimes difficult to process in our fast paced, sometimes-afraid-to-feel society.

If you’re needing a safe space to mindfully walk through the transformative journey from loss to new life, join certified yoga therapist, Erin Alexander, during this transformative gathering.
Bring whatever loss or grief you carry be it personal, global, the loss of a pet or a relationship or even a certain phase of life that is ending and transforming.

We’ll spend time discussing grief as an intimate path to knowing God and engage in gentle writing and movement practices to support you in healing, feeling, and learning to let go into the arms of Divine Grace.

Gather with us Monday, April 14th from 5:30-6:30p in the Chapel and connect with Erin with any questions.

150th Celebration
Sunday, May 4

150 YEARS OF FAITH IN ACTION
Mark your calendars, for Sunday, May 4, 2025, to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of our wonderful church. This date was chosen as it is the Sunday before the actual day of the dedication of the original church on May 5, 1875. The theme of our anniversary celebration is “150 Years of Faith in Action.” The special day will start with a historical “sermon of the ages” by Pastor Dan, followed by lunch in Overmiller Hall. Directly after the meal, there will be a program highlighting the history of our church. You will be greeted by members
adorned in attire of the century and a half. A week before the event you will have the opportunity to browse  display tables in Overmiller Hall of interesting historical documents and pictures from the past.

If you would like to attend the luncheon, please be sure to RSVP to Jackie Finlay (finleyjacqueline@gmail.com) by April 27. Be sure to indicate whether you would like the chicken breast or a vegetarian selection. If you have any dietary needs, i.e., gluten or lactose intolerant, please add that to your RSVP.

Volunteers Needed!

Yardwork Volunteers Needed
The church is looking for a few volunteers to
spruce up the Bell Tower Garden and
the Memorial Garden located between the
Sanctuary and Pastor Dan's office, prior to

August 24. Hedge trimming, pruning, and edg-
ing would be most appreciated, thank you!

Sunday School Volunteers:

We're looking for spare hands to help with Sunday School as an aide. Our goal is to have a group of folks so that individuals will be helping once every three months or so. Men and women, young and old, it's your chance to hang for about 45 minutes with some of the funnest folks at church! Please stop by Pilgrim Hall before or after church for more information.
